Two meals a day (no snacks)

Two meals a day is a form of intermittent fasting. Two meals a day are good for your health. It boosts energy levels, reduces hunger, improves body-mind connection, and makes you more energetic. It trained your body to use that stored body fat as fuel.

There is a method in Intermittent fasting called the 16:8 method. This method says a 16-hour gap between meals and an 8-hour “eating window” is best for a 2-meal-a-day routine. These two meals can be breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. When following this routine, you need to understand when and how much food your body needs. Instead of focusing on the clock, you need to understand your body when your body feels hungry, and how much. Because everybody has different needs. 

Snacks somehow prevent hunger in some cases. The time between two meals with no snacks is considered fasting which helps you in weight loss. Usually, snacks do not affect weight but some snacks can help you in weight loss like- protein and fibre-rich snacks.
